Amtran Board Meetings

Amtran Board Meetings are open to the public and take place at the Trolleyworks, 3316 Fifth Avenue, Altoona next to Mansion Park Stadium located on #1 Crosstown and #4 Plank Road bus routes.

For calendar 2026, Amtran Board of Directors Meetings are scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on January 21, February 18, March 25,  April 15, May 13, June 24, August 19, September 16, October 28, and December 16.  The agenda will be posted 24 hours before the board meeting.  Just click on the date to see the meeting agenda.

Board members and the general public may join in person or via conference call. Public comments or questions can be submitted either in advance by using the Compliments, Complaints, Questions, & Suggestions form or by calling into the teleconference at 1-866-225-4944 and using code 030507#.  Please identify yourself so that you can be included in the Public Comment agenda item near the beginning of the meeting.
